Question: What type of support and training will I receive with my GAME DUDES franchise?

Answer: As a GAME DUDES franchisee you will receive comprehensive hands-on and business training at one of our corporate markets, Orlando or Chicago, with our very experienced staff. We will provide assistance in recruiting top-notch employees to assist you with your new business. We will share strategies for building a large database of customers via successful marketing campaigns in your exclusive territory. The cost of training is included in your franchise fee, though travel, food and lodging are the responsibility of the franchisee.

Question: Will you assist with marketing and technical support?

Answer: We will provide a consumer website and a social media site which will aid you in building your business to new levels. We have developed various successful marketing campaigns utilizing direct mail, print ads, and broadcast media. We are available for technical support relating to the gaming consoles, computer systems, or vehicle.

Question: Can I be an absentee owner?

Answer: Absolutely, although any operating manager or partner of the franchise must be trained and certified at our corporate facility.

Question: How much is the franchise fee?

Answer: The franchise fee is $20,000 for one business unit (vehicle). Should you qualify, we may award you with multiple territories for reduced additional fees.

Question: Do you have any royalties, advertising, or recurring fees?

Answer: The royalty fee is a low %500 per month. There are currently NO advertising fees being collected from our franchisees.

Question: What type of vehicle will I be required to purchase?

Answer: A Mercedes Sprinter Van, upgraded and converted to THE GAME DUDES Mobile Ultimate Video Game Theatre inside and out with DOLBY surround sound, laser lights, effects and much more.

Question: What is the required initial investment?

Answer: The estimated initial investment starts at only $150,000, which includes the franchise fee, custom vehicle with fabrication, opening inventory of exciting games and gaming equipment, outdoor laser tag equipment, training expenses, POS system, insurance, grand opening, and additional working capital. The initial investment may vary based on optional equipment and may be reduced due to special promotions on fees and/or equipment. Ask our Franchise Department for more information regarding cost savings.

Question: Does THE GAME DUDES provide financing?

Answer: We do not offer direct financing but have established a relationship with a strong third-party lender that will provide a substantial amount of capital for candidates with good to excellent credit. Other options include a home equity loan or line of credit or a special program that allows for self financing via a 401K retirement account with no penalty.

Question: What is the minimum amount of cash or equivalent liquid assets required to be considered for a franchise?

Answer: We require that franchise candidates have a minimum of $40,000 in liquid assets.

Question: Do you offer protected territories?

Answer: Yes, territories are determined based on evaluating demographic information, including overall population and various economic data. Our extensive territories comprise a minimum of 200,000 to 250,000 population. Boundaries are either based on zip codes and/or county lines.

Question: How much money can I make as a GAME DUDES franchisee?

Answer: THE GAME DUDES does not make a financial performance representation. Our successful business model is based on various factors that you control as an independent operator. We can assist you by putting you in touch with our existing franchisees to supply you with information on this subject and, with some effort on your part; you can put together a fairly accurate business plan and pro forma. Our system is very simple to operate and can provide you with a full-time or part-time income stream.

Question: How long does it take to start a GAME DUDES franchise?

Answer: Unlike a brick and mortar type business, you can typically be in business within 120 days of executing a franchise agreement.

Question: Do I need to have previous experience to own a GAME DUDES?

Answer: No previous experience is required but having a friendly, outgoing personality, and exceptional customer service skills are helpful.
